Kassius sits in a waiting room going over some social media on his phone, until a nurse comes out to get him for his annual physical. She signals him back after calling his name and they both make their way to a familiar examination room that he has grown accustomed to after having done this several times in years past. It’s an in-and-out kinda visit. Nothing too important. She checks the normal vitals and logs all eateries into a computer at the desk and asks him to undress and situate himself at the examination table in the center of the room until his doctor arrives.

He does so and while waiting alone in the exam room he notices various unfamiliar instruments dotted around the room that were not there the year prior. Before he could look at them more closely a doctor entered the room through the door behind a privacy curtain. From behind it stepped a large black and red wolf. It wasn’t his doctor. His was a slender cheetah.

“Oh uh. Is my doctor not coming?” Kassius asked.

“He is overwhelmed today. I’ll be doing your physical for the time being.” The wolf in the lab coat replied.

He stepped over to a compartment and fetched a canvas garment that he bought around Kassius’ torso and slid his arms into before belting it up. His arms were bought around his own body and secured before the remaining two straps were feed between his goin and buckled in the back. The wolf was making quick work of it as if he didn’t want to give Kassius any time to question this. The doctor was already belting various limbs to anchor points on the examination chair he was sitting on before finalizing it with his head.

“This isn’t what I’m here for.” Kassius objected, “This is supposed to be just a physical.”

The wolf looked at him out of the corner of his eye while prepping a box and fitting a milking device to Kassius’ goin, “We hardly find what we are looking for when we meet the unexpected.” The wolf said cryptically. The machine fixed to his cock pulled it from its sheathe and started stroking it, teasing it to a stiff erection. As soon as his cock filled the chamber of the tube the air trapped inside was gone and the milking had begun as the whole thing began stroking his member at various speeds and intensities.

The doctor pulled a display hanging from the ceiling into view that showed Kassius’ vitals on it, “The goal here isn’t to get you off...although I will certainly expect you to be begging for it before we are done here. Rather, the goal is to see just how close I can get you to the tipping point before going over. It will be useful intel for such projects for those that need similar lines of punishment in the future.”

Kassius would have called out for help if his mind was so foggy from the milking at hand. All that he could manage to get out was whimpers and moans. The doctor turned to leave the room, “I’ll leave you to it pup. Try not to disappoint me.”
With that he slid the curtain over and saw the open door that faced a similar examination room across the hall. In its same exam chair was his real doctor tied up the same way as he was and being forcefully milked to an edge of release before the machine would slow down or cut off. Kassius and the cheetah locked eyes and shared a feeling of dread. This wolf was an imposter. He must have dispatched the nurses in a similar way.

No one was coming to check on him.
