Story

Ah, work.

Soaring through the beautiful, fluffy clouds, seeing the sunlight sights and taking in the relatively fresh air...

On paper, Mew's job was utterly perfect - Fly across the world and, if something happens, report it to another Legendary.

No stress, no worries, just relaxation before sending off an alert.

Why, it's part of the reason Mew agreed to the job.

It got him off doing anything particularly 'important', and let him just generally continue what he'd rather do normally.

Take in the sights, relax and...

Then, he'd have to take one of the other Legendary jobs, like guarding time gears or helping to keep Arceus in an orgy, so he would stay out of worldly affairs.

Mew still remembered the thirty time rewinds, despite the others forgetting. It was enough to bring a slight, miniscule shudder back towards his form at least.

Eyes suddenly glancing a feeling of strange, psychic resonance in the beautiful, green grassy plains, a quick teleport brought him over to the destination.

While, ordinarily, he was supposed to report it, before leaving...

He'd rather skip the paperwork, since most of the time it was just Mewtwo or some newly 'powerful' psychic-type 'just discovered'.

Besides, he was almost certain the paperwork was just to mess with him. Specifically.

All because he 'protested' a lil by calling in fifty false flags an hour for six consecutive centuries straight.

No time at all, really - Dialga was just a sourpuss, as far as Mew decided.

Floating over and down towards the ground, a soft, light breeze gently massaging his soft pink fur.

Positioning himself just right, his muzzle began to blush a soft red, wind now blowing directly onto his long, red cock.

Before him was a simple duster, dirty, covered in quite clearly leaves and strange bits of nature, paws moving to land on the ground as a quick movement picked it up.

'Duuuuuust...'

As a Mew, it wasn't that hard to detect a psychic presence...

Though somehow it felt that the voices' source certainly would've skipped past him if he wasn't certain nobody was nearby.

Glancing around briefly to check, his attention turned to check out the object a bit more, waving his psychic into it swiftly.

'Must clean...'

Eyes too focused on the duster, paws holding it closely to his muzzle, the oddly focused attention caused him to not notice as the tip of his tail slowly began to turn a paler, softer colour...

Waving his paws gently as he positioned both in the wind and shook.

In a single new gust of wind, the dirt slide off as if the duster was a slippery surface, left entirely clean as if it hadn't been dirtied in the first place.

Staring at it quizzically, attention still focused entirely on the cleaning object, the changes had already began to spread.

Ordinarily soft, short fur was going out into a longer, fluffier, thicker tail, brown patterned stripes growing down as a cutesy pattern formed.

'Must clean...'

As if triggered by those words, his paws began to turn a soft, deep brown, stripe growing across his chest as his right ear's pink fur went brown.

'Must dust...'

Soon, his tail had began to sway back and forth, almost cheerfully, words slowly starting to burrow deeper as the infused duster buried deeper into the Mew's subconscious.

Yet still, his attention was focused on the duster, mind utterly oblivious to anything but the incredibly soft material.

...It felt so much like a blanket, pillow, hug and fireplaces' warmth all thrown into one, somehow.

'Clean and dust...'

Pushing deeper into their mind, it finally arrived towards the 'centre' of attention.

Mew's psychic abilities, stored in his very essence.

Latching on quickly, any pretence of subtlety was abandoned, attention-grabbing effect entirely wearing out in the span of a second.

Shock.

Mind finally able to acknowledge what was going on outside of the duster, panic followed shortly after as he noticed his soft, brown, plushier-paws...

Reaching out into his body, trying to float up and escape, he gently floated off the ground...

Before gently landing onto the floor.

He tried again. Slightly up, then down.

Then again, not even managing to lift himself up before it cut out.

After that, it stopped responding entirely.

Looking around in shock, he desperately tried to search for the source, two brown lines of fur growing onto his muzzle, body fluffing up rapidly, short hair turning to long, huggable, cutesy, eye-bait fluff in moments.

'Clean and dust...'

'Dust and clean...'

'Clean and dust...'

Horror filled his eyes as three similar-sounding phrases slammed into his subconscious, thoughts immediately filled by the phrase, interrupting his panic and making him wonder what he was going to clean today.

Clutching the duster in his left paw, he began to try throw it awa-

'Must dust...'

Holding it in his left paw as he looked over towards his left, he spotted what should've been a beautiful, marble horse-head statue, utterly covered in thick, heavy layers of dust.

'Clean and dust...'

The sorry sight of what should've been a beautiful addition to the home, eyes looking towards the soft pale walls, filled him with shock, duster falling to the floor as he stared.

Paw moving up, muzzle now changed entirely to that of a Furret, neck far longer then before, he reached over and grabbed his maid hat from the table, putting it on swiftly.

Staring at his naked, cute, soft furret body for a few seconds, blinking as a blurry haze of 'Clean-dust-clean-dust' blocked the ability to think for a few moments, he soon smiled softly.
