Persona 5: The Kichijoji Outbreak

Here is the final chapter in The Outbreak series, featuring the MC himself Joker and Kasumi/Sumire as the final victims of the unknown lycanthrope outbreak. Originally, more confidants and phantom thieves members were going to be showcased in this series, but... with the new focus on expanding the Love Live series in the gallery, I decided to cut them as commission budget is a thing, and I did basically use all the characters I like in this series. (Plus, I want to try something different next time I commission from deaddomovec )

Persona timeline takes place several years after the events of the Royal.

Story

It was another date night for Ren and Sumire, after being together for a year after graduation. The Jazz Club in Kichijoji is one of their favorite places to hangout at. While listening to the soulful songs, Sumire rests her head on Ren's shoulder, letting him smell her cherry blossom shampoo hair. Her arm wraps around Ren's right arm. The two felt at peace, nothing else could go wrong that night, until Ren heard his phone rang in his pocket. He picks it up and sees that it was Makoto. Ren answered the phone and placed it on his left ear.
"Hello? Makoto?" Ren said.
"Ren! This is bad!" Makoto sounded frantic, which meant something really urgent was happening.
"What's going on?" Ren asked.
"An outbreak happened at some secret lab in a town outside of Tokyo. It was in the news and an emergency alert just went off on my phone. Apparently there's an unknown contagion going around the streets from this lab, and people are turning into mutants from the exposure. M-My sister... she just turned into one of them..." Makoto sounded devastated, it was rare to see her this distraught over something serious.
"Where are you now, Makoto?" Ren was genuinely concerned for his friend.
"I-I-I'm in Shibuya. All around me are mutated people.... And the green gas is spreading out across the streets, even here too." Makoto said with hesitation.
"Can you find somewhere safe to stay out of the gas until it clears out?" Ren asked as he turns to the crowd. He noticed everyone was quickly becoming frantic and people began to exit the club quickly.
"Haru! Get away from them!" Makoto shouted from the other end of the call. The call ends on Ren's side as he takes Sumire by the hand.
Ren then heard Haru scream in the background during the call.
"No Haru! Stay with me!" Makoto cries through the phone. In the background, Haru's scream gradually began to become a snarl with Makoto's desperate pleas... followed by a painful growl of pain.
"Ah...ahh...ah...Ren! It's too late, I'm sorry! Save yourself and stay away fr-UGH! RRRRrrrmmmmmmoooooG!" Makoto screams were becoming distorted at the end as the feral growls became audible and a sign that Makoto was changing into a werewolf too. Before the phone call ended, a guttural howl was heard that quickly sent shivers up Sumire's spine. Her eyes widened and she began to shake in shock as Ren ended the call. The club was empty, Ren takes this chance to walk towards the door and peek outside the windows.
"Let's get out of here." Ren said as he warned Sumire, terrified and grabbing his girlfriend, Ren and Sumire tried to escape the area, though their time was limited, as more gas continued to spew out from the vents all around the streets. They walked out the Jazz Club entrance and Ren slowly turns his head to look at the streets. He then held his breath, dragging Sumire along with him. Sumire holds her breath as well, not wanting to inhale the gas either.
As soon as they stepped onto the street, a man and a woman emerge from the corner and began screaming and mutating as they also inhaled the gas. "AAAAARRRGGHHHH!" "Gah! OH NO! UuuurghghH!"
The man and the woman began to turn into werewolves, showing them their gruesome faces, snapping their jaws and growling deeply, staring the couple down, blocking their paths, drooling saliva from their mouth, looking ravenous. Ren felt nauseous, backing away from the mutated couple, he took Sumire's hand and ran for a nearby alleyway and hid behind the building, away from the open.
He soon realizes that the gas was surrounding them, engulfing the alley. Sumire also realized the predicament they were in, the gas was catching up to them as the two decided to run back into the Jazz Club's entrance and locked the door shut. Unfortunately, Ren let out a gasp for air and took a good portion of the gas into his lungs.
"Dammit, I lost my phone." Ren said as he realized his phone had been shattered while fleeing the scene. Sumire gasped, immediately searching for her smartphone, only to realize she had dropped it. "Oh, Senpai, that means we have no way to inform the others." Sumire told her boyfriend.
Realizing the situation was only getting worse, Ren tries to find a different way to keep them safe, "Let's stay calm. Looks like we'll need to hunker down here until we figure things out."
Sumire was visibly panicking and nervously gulping, and said, "Oh Senpai, what should we do? This looks really bad." She grabbed Ren by his arms, "Do you really think this is the end for us, Senpai?"
Ren gave Sumire a reassuring smile, "Don't worry. We'll be fine, as long as we're together." He moved his hand down his his shorts and said, "Maybe we could pass the time by-"
Before the couple can do anything, the ventilation system that fed the air conditioning unit for the bar was exposed to the gas, and caused the ducts to hiss out fumes of green haze.
Ren notices the strange ducting noises that caught his attention, and discovered to his horror that there was green haze exuding through the vents. Ren runs towards his girlfriend, and quickly pulled Sumire away from the vent where the gas was exiting.
"Huh, wha-?", As soon as Ren moved Sumire away from the vent and his own body, Ren accidentally gasped from the sudden movement, inhaling a small breath of the green mist. He quickly realized his mistake, realizing that he had suddenly breathed the same green fume that had been filling the air as Sumire watched in horror.
"Senpai?! What are you doing?!" Sumire exclaimed as she grew increasingly panicked, after realizing Ren had just breathed in the toxic gas after pulling her out of the way to avoid the gust of gas, but her worry was soon exchanged with shock as she noticed a sudden change had appeared within Ren.
As a means to comfort his girlfriend, Ren gave a strained smile as he said, "Won't be long now...you should get out of here before it's too late."
"What?! But what about you?!" Sumire gasped out of shock, unwilling to leave her boyfriend behind.
Ren could feel the effects rush up to his head, causing his body to react. A sharp sting pokes inside his stomach, as his chest tenses and his arms also react violently.
"I-I'm sorry, Sumire... but... I... think I inhaled some of that gas." Ren panted as Sumire eyes widened.
"You don't want to see the mess coming next... so please...ah...run!" Ren pleaded before his body jerked and arched, then cried out in pain as a wave of tremors started to run across his whole body.
"N-no...! It can't be..." Sumire uttered in shock, she began to shed tears when she sees Ren's hands began to tremble.
"UGH!" Ren started to convulse violently.
Sumire winces, seeing Ren twitching in agony made her nervous; despite his directions, she could not bear to leave him behind, not in that state, unable to resist the urge of not wanting to leave her boyfriend behind.
Similar to what Ren witnessed from others infected by the gas, his own clothes felt tighter and tighter, straining against his own body.
Ren had to shrug off his black jacket and yanked off his brown leather belt, only to feel another contraction that led to his gray denim jeans being painfully pinched and clamped by his expanding legs.
Sumire covered her face and eyes, unable to look at Ren while he was in distress. Tears were also coming out of her eyes.
"I'm... turning into one of them..." Ren groans, as his body continues to contort. His back curls as the muscle developed under his clothes, ripping his jeans. His eyes flashing yellow as he became trapped in his primal instincts. Ren has never felt so much adrenaline rushing through his veins. The transformation was a painful process, as his senses also began to shift rapidly to accommodate the changes.
"Gaaaahh!" Ren couldn't suppress a loud scream as he fell to the ground, as his limbs began undergoing a rapid set of disturbing mutating transformations, causing his shoulder blades to push out grotesquely against his dark blue shirt before the shoulder sleeves eventually gave out, leading to the transformation of his shoulder blades to extend backwards, eventually showing that his once pale flesh was being coated in black fur while his fingers gained sharp claws. "Ren...your body..." Sumire gasped in shock.
"Sumi...re...!" Ren shouted in agony as his gums throbbed, and his voice was beginning to devolve into a deeper growly-snarl, as a row of sharp teeth were emerging from his own mouth.
"Aaaahhh-aaarghh! S-S-Sumire, get back! Stay away! I don't want to h-hurt you!" Ren writhes in pain as his voice also became slightly gruff and bestial. "Grrrrr...mmmm..."
Ren feels his heart beating rapidly and all the blood in his veins boil, as his hormones release a wave of strength and ferocity. He tried to push down his feelings but unfortunately, the transformation was bringing out his inner beast. His instincts tells him to act on his newfound desires and to embrace his true nature. Ren then attempts at acting on instinct and ripped apart the rest of his shirt. "RRRR...GrrrRR..."
The act felt so satisfying and liberating for the former human. Seeing his emerging hair and feeling his new muscles gave him a different perspective of his situation. To him, becoming a werewolf felt right. This was how a human's mind transitions from cognitive thoughts to primal desires and instincts.
Unable to form coherent sentences anymore due to the transformation, Ren let out animalistic growls as he ripped off the remains of his shirt, revealing his black fur-covered muscular chest, pectorals and abdominals. His glasses broke and fell off from his face as his skull began shifting, which led to his muzzle extending to make his already animalistic-like face. Ren grunted and moaned in torment as his tailbone cracked outward, extending his coccyx enough to bear a long fluffy tail. Soon, his jeans and boxers completely ripped apart during his final transformation, exposing his fully erect furred cock, much to his shock and surprise. "Mmmrrrffggh...rwwwrrraahh..." Ren moans out into a pleasurable growl, enjoying his newfound anatomy.
"Senpai..." Sumire shivers as Ren's body begins to change into a gigantic werewolf with jet black fur covering his entire body. His chest muscles exposed, sporting an athletic physique with bulging chest and arm muscles. His arm length extended significantly from the change, reaching up to the floor. Ren looks at his clawed hands with an amazed expression and turns his head to face Sumire.
"Ughh...Grrr..." Ren couldn't speak clearly as a human now. The first words were difficult to make out due to his new vocal cords. He soon lets out a series of grunts as his face mutates into that of a werewolf. "U-aaarrhgrr...Gh..hrr.."
His jaw felt heavier as it began to elongate to fit his increasing size. His tongue starts to extend to match his growing muzzle, his ears shriveled up and moved on top of his head. His eyes opened wide, letting a shade of yellow color his eyes as his irises changed into tiny round spheres. Clumps of black fur came out of his face as his snout slowly forms and his mouth soon became packed with fangs.
"Senpai?!" Sumire stared at Ren in total disbelief as he got on his hands and knees, panting in deep heavy breathes, both excited and fearfully by the transformation. He was shocked from the sudden appearance of a black bushy tail and his own erection, at that moment, his heightened sense of smell had helped him locate Sumire, and locked his eyes on the scent of his girlfriend.
Sumire took a few steps back, looking very nervous and quivering by her boyfriend's sudden drastic appearance, unaware that her own clothes were now feeling tight as well. Unconsciously breathing deeply, Sumire unknowingly breathed a bit of the fumes of the gas as well from being distracted from staring at Ren. But thanks to her high metabolism, she had not been physically affected just yet from the gas.
Ren let out a deep baritone howl of joy and delight, finally finishing his long awaited transformation, no longer a human, but instead a werewolf; standing on his hind legs, fully covered in thick black fur. Ren looked upon Sumire, licking his chops with saliva running down his maw with hunger lust. "...Ren..." Sumire stuttered, taking another step back from her transformed boyfriend, not knowing he was waiting for her to transform as well.
"F-fight it... Y-you have to fight it...!" Sumire pleaded for Ren not to lose himself to the transformation process, as Ren stood tall against the railings, as his chest heaved up and down rapidly in anticipation for what was to come.
The entire room was silent; not a single sound could be heard except for Ren's quickened and heavy breathing. Everything was so still and deathly quiet... until Sumire felt a tingling surge in her head that caused her to gasp and groan softly, as her transformation soon began.
Sumire then noticed that the gas has already engulfed the whole area when she was distracted by Ren, her loafers began feeling tight, and she felt a burning sensation in her feet as her toes were also aching and flexing on their own, as if something underneath her feet were wanting to get out.
"Oh no...I forgot about the gas...!" Sumire realized in horror as her white socks continued to be strained by her toes pushing forward in her loafers.
"Ah... ah... n-no...this...this can't be happening...!" Sumire gulped and stuttered nervously, stumbling back against the steps leading up to the bar area, as a primal urge also rushes up to her head, gradually influencing her mental process to become more animalistic, it was the onset of her transformation.
"Rennnn...!" Sumire moans out helplessly, gripping the staircase floor tightly with her hands as the surge of changes rush throughout her body, struggling to keep her composure while her body slowly grows bigger and shifts, changing her biological structure.
Sumire gasped and groaned as the sensation made her feel aroused, much to her dismay. "Hhaaah...Rahh...?" She was still trying to resist the transformation, as much as she wanted to embrace the inevitable and be as strong as her boyfriend.
Ren snarls softly, watching in amusement to observe Sumire's transformation into a werewolf, keeping his patience as he stared her down.
She looked back at Ren and saw the confident yet dangerous glow from his yellow eyes.
Meanwhile, her white socks ripped apart like her loafers, the soles of her feet started to morph and extend, her pale skin faded into red fur. Her fingers began to stretch as black claws emerged through her nails.
"Ow... ow ow ow... AAAaaahhh!..." Sumire grits her teeth and groans, feeling her body mutating involuntarily. "Kyaaah...oh god!" Sumire's transformation was progressing slower than Ren's due to her metabolism being higher than the average person.
Sumire tried closing her eyes to resist her transformation to no avail, as the noises in the background was clear evidence that the metamorphosis had already started. Her jaw began stretching out into a snout while her vision became slightly blurry, with her irises shifting into her yellow eyes as they started to glow.
"Hrrr...uhhh...hahhh...my...face...arrgggh!" Sumire cries in agony as her facial structure continues to grow into a slightly elongated muzzle, which led to her mouth to open up and stick out her tongue as her new canine teeth emerged with her new fangs.
Then her clothes began to strain against her expanded body, with Sumire's bra popping open and letting her breasts freely bounce in the open. "Aaaarrgh!" Her back arches violently while she grunts and growls deeply. Her backbone started to spasm as it began lengthening and pushing out her shoulder blades.
She looked back down at her feet and saw her shoes burst open, revealing her large red fur-covered paws. Her initial fear and panic was replaced with a mixture of curiosity and excitement. Seeing her feet had turned into paws was both a strange and exciting feeling for her, because after going through such an intense metamorphosis process, Sumire knew that something had changed within her as well. She noticed her mindset shift gradually towards letting go of her human inhibitions, and starting to crave for Ren's affection, who had sat patiently through her entire transformation, seemingly calm and waiting with anticipation.
Sumire was caught off guard by this sudden change as her mentality took an unexpected turn; images of herself changing flashed in her head, allowing her to see a glimpse of what would happen next. She could see that she would soon become a werewolf, and Ren, a fellow lycanthrope, would claim her as his mate.
'What am I thinking?! N-No! I'm not...I-I...ughhh...I...I want...Senpai...I can't take it! I need to become like him.' Sumire struggled and groaned as her animalistic side was gradually beginning to come out of her, struggling to regain her sense of rationality.
"Hrr... R-Ren...I..."
"Don't fight it, Sumire." Ren growled, as Sumire was surprised to hear Ren's voice through the distorted animalistic growls and deep tone in his voice.
Her cognition was shifting to accommodate her newfound lycanthropic hormones that were beginning to flood into her body, causing her urges to become overpowering, pushing back her sense of reason to make room for her carnal and primal desires.
Ren and Sumire locked eyes onto each other, in a sign of dominance, as both lycanthropes were able to understand one another's intentions without needing to express words anymore.
"Raaargh...ungh..." Sumire growled as her human voice began to fade away and be replaced with the growls of a werewolf, unable to resist her transformation anymore, feeling her animalistic urges taking hold, showing an expression of submission on her face before nodding her head slowly and letting out a guttural moan as she embraced her newfound persona.
Her mind was now in an incoherent trance, as her thoughts were muddled, reflecting how instinctual and ferocious she's become under her lycanthropic state. All senses and urges were overpowering her inner subconsciousness, including her humanity. Nothing mattered but satisfying those urges.
Sumire quickly removed the rest of her clothes and tossed them aside with an animalistic grunt, revealing her furred body, much to her boyfriend's delight. His pupils dilated, the scent of an available female lycanthrope excited his body and flared his urges.
Hearing the sound of a loud thud, Sumire turned her head to look behind and saw that she had grown a bushy red tail; an addition that also made her slightly wet and aroused from seeing such an extreme change to her body.

I have no idea for how to actually release the game either when it's finished. I’ve been looking into different game distribution sites, but as of now things look like none of those will work out for one reason or another. -COLLAR PARASITE: A secondary parasite that wraps around the neck, feeding on the host's blood, it has been biologically engineered for it's purpose. -MITTS: Thick padded leather mitts keep fists balled up, rending dangerous claws safe, and thick padding reduces effectivness of punches and the ability to manipulate objects.

The effects are immediate as slaves have described it as the world being viewed through a filter, colors not as vibrant, sensations muted and dull, sounds as if underwater, the air itself not providing as much oxygen. It is not reccomended to keep this deprivation active for very long, as even 30 seconds has been seen to cause traumatic mental wounds and the potential for withdrawl fatalities.
-TAILWRAP: A simple Latex strip that is wrapped around the base of the tail, meant to keep the slave accessable and easier to clean.
-BOOTS: Padded as the mitts, to prevent sharp claws from doing damage, and to mitigate the dangers of kicks, often, but not always, a hobble chain is attached to further lessen the risks.

-ADDITIONAL GEAR
Due to the modular nature of the gear per the slave's initial request, there are several substitutes for the default gear, as listed, but not limited to the below.
-Hypno visor, Horse blinders, or goggles with a variety of colors/sight-limiting lenses
-Nose tubes to allow breathing even during extended and/or deep oral penetrations.
-MANY different varieties of gags, from the default muzzle, to deepthroat gags, fleshlight gags, rings, bits, balls, even dental or spider gags and more!
-Different arm binders, for front or behind back binding positions.

SPECIAL NOTES: Slave has submitted themselves to such a fate due to stated sexual desire for it.
