I sat here for way too long, deep in the bottom of the river, down within the layers of the dungeon.
I knew tho it was only a matter of time before someone would have take me. She was so foolish, so naive, she was perfect, the little kobold would snatch me around her neck carelessly.
making my way into her thoughs was child's play she didn't even realize I was there until I saved her from near death
"Look out a Golem!"
She dodged the blow coming from behind, realizing the voices she heard weren't only her deeper thoughts
She was fast, agile, strong and now I had her trust. I gave her strength, vigor and protection and she would help me. Overtime she didn't even realize she was being puppeted, I doubt she even care now

I was allowed to remove the horse hooves for a few hours so I'm gonna take this opportunity to write my thoughts down.
I was on an expedition with Mirage, luck was on our side one day, just slayed the floor master.
A big pile of gold and tools stood before us and she didn't wait a second to get her part, she always had a big lust for gold.
We took our stuff and continued deeper in the lower floors, tho we were slowed by her carring this huge bag of goodies.
EL: "Hey... maybe if you carried a little less we could reach the bottom faster. Just leave it there we will get it back later"
I said it in a nice way, but we all know how prideful she is
Mirage: "Oh! On my grave El, I got my sweat and blood on this tresure, I'm not risking it.
El: "Mmmh... I mean, I can carry a bit of it if you want"
She raised an eyebrow, I had no hill intention towards her, but... yeah I guess I would be doubtful too if someone were to take my tresure. Tho soon her face twisted into a smile after a while.
Mirage: "Peraps, I know a better way we could do this~"
She put down her backpack and took something from it, a very familiar set of armor.
Mirage:"Put this on~ It's way better than those filthy rags you got there and it will allow you to carry it more easily"
I was unsure how to take it, surprise, anger, arousal?
EL: "Ehmm wow, hold on... I-I don't think that's necessary?"
Mirage: "Why not? I see only benefits from it"
EL: "That's slave's gear, I'm n-not gonna be a p-pet"
She looked away and sigh
Mirage: "Fffffine... I guess I will have to carry it all by myself, sigh come on let's go chump"
Once again so harsh all the sudden...

The fear I felt on the ground fighting for my life, the tentacles wrapping around my neck and limbs making it even more difficult to struggle,
they would've dragged me away most likely to consume me, there was nothing I could do, my gear was scattered across the room, I was certain I was finished.
Just when I thought everything was going to end I heard a voice
"JOIN US"
The voice wasent natural, it sounded as if a thousand voices screaming around my head
"YOUR FORM IS SATISFACTORY, LET US USE IT OR WE SHALL LEAVE YOU TO YOUR FATE"
I felt I had no choice, the cards were set and my options were this creature or death.
I reached out in an attempt to grab whatever was asking for me, a thin black tentacle would emerge from the blackness
"THE DEAL IS STRUCK"
As soon as I touched it, it covered my entire body feeling like tar and smelt of burnt rubber, I felt... strong, soon I was
able to easily break from my binds, the creature recoiling in pain as I was able to tear through it like paper, I stood catching
my breath wanting a brief moment of respite before my armor would constrict preventing me from moving
Its voice was quieter now, as if us binding made it easier to communicate
"Now that we've helped you, its time to list the terms for our Deal."
any atempt at moving felt as if my limbs were stone, I couldnt even move my mouth, "swapping out one problem for another, great"

"deeper within these dungeouns, a sourcerer by the name of Faust lies, your goal is to kill him, we will not take no

it wasent a fair deal but what choice did I have, at least id have time to figure out a way to be rid of it,
I nodded in agreement as the rest of the armor losend up letting me move my limbs again.
"Good, if you preform well we may make this easier for you."
