      This is Jenifer Serrabaixa,Tejana, living in El Paso County in Texas. A 5'10'' tall lady with a ethos of work hard, play hard. She owns the ranch and land that she currently lives on. Her family traces her ancestry to the settlement of Texas by Spain and lived as ranchers, living and working in the land that they received from the King of Spain.

For those wondering, Serrabaixa is a Catalan surname which means that she has Catalan ancestry but generations apart have left the surname. In the Census, she prefers to be recorded as "American" as she sees that her family has been around for centuries.
