This is the first part of three for a drawing I made for Rosewater and her partner, Lyka Faerengale. I've always wanted to get better at drawing backgrounds too and especially wanted more practice drawing multiple characters, so hopefully this looks nice. :)
This first sketch is the original pencil drawing that I made as I was wanting to revisit drawing with just a pencil.

This second color is a very simple coloring with flat colors and very simplistic shading. I'm not too happy with this one as I could have done better but this is more of a middle step.

This third and final drawing is an active effort in bringing back the "sketchy" look while dropping a larger part of the second flat colors with the simpler lines. I wanted to try a more painterly style that isn't exactly just flat colors and to translate the sketch into color so I hope the efforts paid off.

This was originally made for a club that I was a part of on Newgrounds. This features my fursona jamming out on stage. This is the female/NSFW version of the drawing.
I've also discovered that I unintentionally documented some timelapses of my recent drawings so I'm curious how I would present those to people who'd be curious in seeing how my drawing process is (and how inefficient it is). >_<
